Advoeazy is a digital platform providing legal facilitation services. There is no physical shipment of goods involved in our business.

Service Fulfillment

• Users can submit their challan details through our mobile application.
• Upon successful payment, a lawyer is assigned to the user’s case within 24–48 hours.
• Users can track the status of their challan resolution through their app account.

Delivery of Service

• Updates and final challan resolution documents are uploaded to the user’s app dashboard.
• Notifications are sent via email/SMS/within the app as the process progresses.

Timeframes

On average, the process is initiated within 2 working days of receiving the challan.

The legal resolution of a challan may vary depending on the jurisdiction and court schedules.
