Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Advoeazy, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s what you need to know about our refunds and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Modification/Cancellation: You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request any changes.
  • Cancellation After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of placement as they might have already been processed for shipping.

Refunds Policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are provided for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged.
