At Advoeazy, we provide legal facilitation services for traffic challan resolution. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making any payments.

Service Nature
We are a legal-tech platform, and our services involve allocation of human legal resources. Once a challan is assigned to an advocate and the process is initiated, we incur irreversible administrative and legal costs.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the user reports a transaction error before a lawyer has been assigned.
• No refund will be issued once the case has been assigned and is under process.
• In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical issues, users can contact our support within 3 days of the transaction for a review.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID and challan details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. and will be credited to your account within 2–3 business days.
